deconex® SURFAX is a neutral and phosphate-free power cleaner.
What is it used for?:
deconex® SURFAX is suitable for a thorough yet gentle cleaning of surfaces in direct contact with products at the pharmaceutical production site as well as for cleaning of floors.
deconex® SURFAX is also used for the intermediate cleaning of surfaces before changing of disinfectants (aldehyde containing disinfectants → amine containing disinfectants and vice versa).
Due to its optimum blend of surfactants deconex® SURFAX shows an inherent cleaning power especially against organic material.
How is it used?:
deconex® SURFAX is used for manual cleaning. deconex® SURFAX is also suitable for use in ultrasonic baths.
Before changing a disinfectant the use of deconex SURFAX also removes residues of disinfectants from plastics and rubber in order to prevent a discoloration of the surfaces induced by a chemical reaction of aldehydes with amines.
deconex SURFAX has a neutral pH-value and therefore exhibits a wide spectrum of material compatibility.
An excessive formation of foam in the waste water tank is inhibited by the addition of deconex 31 ANTIFOAM.
